Refund policy

All Sales Final — Digital Products

Yogabounds sells digital downloads only. Because our products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing a digital product delivered by download link immediately after payment.

• You expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive any statutory right of withdrawal or "cooling-off" period that may otherwise apply to your purchase (including under EU/UK consumer law, where applicable).

• No refund will be issued for reasons including, but not limited to: change of mind, accidental purchase, dissatisfaction with content, failure to read the product description, or lack of time to use the product.

We will make it right when something on our end goes wrong. Contact us within 7 days of purchase at yogabounds@pnlpco.com and we will resolve the following at no charge:

• Broken or corrupted file — we will replace the file or restore your download access.

• Wrong file delivered — we will send the correct product.

• Download link never arrived — check your spam folder first, then contact us with your order number and we will re send it.

• Verified duplicate purchase — if you were charged twice for the identical product in error, we will refund the duplicate charge.

Replacement or restored access is our standard remedy. Refunds are issued solely at our discretion and only in the situations above.

Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback for a product that was delivered as described, instead of contacting us first, may result in suspension of your download access and refusal of future orders. We keep delivery records for every order.
