Terms of Service — Yogabounds

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of yogabounds.com (the "Site") and your purchase of any digital products offered on it (the "Products"). By using the Site or purchasing a Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase Products.

1. Who we are. The Site is operated by Yogabounds of PNLP & CO., PNLP & CO. LLC ("Yogabounds," "we," "us"). Contact: yogabounds@pnlpco.com.

2. Digital products, all sales final. All Products are digital downloads delivered electronically. All sales are final as described in our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

3. License, not ownership. When you purchase a Product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to download and use the Product for your own individual, non-commercial purposes. You may print or store copies for personal use. You may NOT:

  • resell, license, rent, or redistribute the Product in any form, free or paid;

  • share the file or your download link with others;

  • upload the Product to any file-sharing service, community, or AI training dataset;

  • copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Product for distribution;

  • use the Product or substantial portions of it in your own products, courses, or client materials without a written commercial license from us.

All content remains the intellectual property of Yogabounds and is protected by copyright. Unauthorized distribution terminates your license immediately and may result in legal action.

4. Educational content only — use at your own risk. All Products and Site content are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. They are not, and are not a substitute for, professional advice of any kind — including medical, mental health, therapeutic, fitness, legal, or financial advice. No practitioner-client, therapist-client, or similar professional relationship is created by your purchase or use of any Product.

You are solely responsible for how you interpret and apply anything you read. Any implementation of the ideas, practices, scripts, routines, or exercises in our Products is undertaken voluntarily and entirely at your own risk.

5. Physical practices and wellbeing. Some Products may reference movement, breathing, or other wellness practices. Consult a qualified physician or healthcare provider before beginning any exercise, breathwork, or wellness practice, particularly if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or have any concern about your health. Stop immediately if you experience pain or discomfort. If you are in crisis or your safety is at risk, contact a licensed professional or local emergency services — our Products are not crisis resources.

6. No guarantees of results. We make no representations or warranties about outcomes. Results from any guide, framework, or practice vary by individual and depend on factors outside our control. Testimonials or examples, where shown, are not promises of similar results.

7. Disclaimer of warranties. The Site and Products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yogabounds and its owner(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss, injury, or damage of any kind arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yogabounds and its owner(s) from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your misuse of the Products or breach of these Terms.

10. Pricing and availability. Prices are listed in dollars, USD ($) and may change at any time without notice. We may modify, discontinue, or update any Product at our discretion. Purchases include the version available at the time of sale; updates, if offered, are a courtesy, not an obligation.

11. Site use. You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the Site's operation.

12. Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.

13. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
